James Kelly, according to one article by KOMO, “Joint Fire Support Specialist (13F) assigned to the 75th Ranger Regiment at Joint Base-Lewis-McChord.”  Charges seem to be homicide and DOMESTIC which means perhaps James Kelly had a relationship with one of the victims.  Very sorry for the victims.  Very bad.
